DAY 4

Writing is something in which you put your emotions into words. It is easy, convenient and not a big deal. That is what people have told me. Anyone who is good in a language can write in it. But there is a difference in just writing anything. And it is not as easy as people think because putting out your own emotions is not a cakewalk. These random thoughts just gets one me sometimes. And I literally spend hours thinking about the same. But talking to yourself and thinking about even random things is refreshing. I love doing it and you can try it out too.

This is a very child like exercise. They can think about the most random thing with utmost interest. Curiosity is what we loose as we grow up. Do you agree with that? Do you feel the same?

You can think about it while I am having my breakfast.

11:30 A.M.
I am in no mood to cook anything today. Let's what can we have, Mango!
What about some fruits in the morning with some buttermilk. I think it's a good idea. Let's chop two mangoes because one would leave me hungry. I hate how sticky my hands become while this process. I also thought of converting it into a mango shake. But then I thought about the calories milk and sugar will add to my meal. Just mangoes would be fine!
These together came around 160 calories. I think my breakfasts should be of a bit more calories. From tomorrow I will look after that.



FUN FACT: I do not hate cooking but I don't like it either. But from past few days, I am the one who is cooking. Today's lunch is also prepared by me. I just hope it turns out to be good.


IT WAS AS DELICIOUS AS IT LOOKS.
2:20 P.M.
Today in lunch I am having vegetable pulao. I am not saying this because I made it but it is delicious. It is yummy and I had around 200 g of pulao ( approx.). I am having it without curd because it tastes amazing without that only. But did had one mango after it. Vegetable pulao contains 119 calories per 100 gram. And about mango we know, it has 60 calories in it.

I may not be able to enjoy more mangoes because I am getting pimples. Mom said it is probably because of eating mangoes and you should avoid them for some time. It's definitely a sad news. Let's see whether I would be able to leave it or not.


"TODAY'S TASK: CONSUME 4 LITERS OF WATER"

Okay, just another random thought. Do you feel that the best ideas comes into your mind in the washroom?
Sometimes my mind is full of confusion, which happens quite often. But I do end up getting my answers in the loo. I have even heard of people reading newspapers and working with the laptops in there. I cannot be there for so long. What about you guys?

Just came back from the institute where I teach and it was around 5 p.m.
And another student was waiting at home so got no time and this is what is happening these days. Mom is really pissed because she likes to get her evening tea in bed. And because of me being busy she is making it everyday.

5:21 P.M.
Tea time guys!
Enjoying it while teaching and having my fruit rusks. I am getting use to these calorie filled rusks. Definitely ditching then tomorrow. What do you prefer to have with your tea?
340 calories inside my body because of these tiny rusks and tea.

8:20 P.M.
Paneer Bhurji and dal makhni is made for dinner. I am definitely not having them both. I was thinking of what to have and then an inner voice shouted- PANEER SANDWICH. I love paneer sandwich and decided to have it. I am using brown bread, which is also not great but better than white one. Grilling them is a better option to avoid oil.

Today I skipped my green tea in the morning, so had it at night. Usually I end up having 2 cups of green tea everyday. This healthy drink just has 2 calories in it.

Well if you are wondering that when do I exercise. Then there isn't particular time, I just do it whenever I have time to do it. Also the 4 liter water challenge was completed. But this was probably the toughest one today. With that I completed day 4 of my challenge. I am also planning to check my weight after completing this week. Let's see whether we got some results or not.

DAY 5- FIRST BLUNDER!
