DAY 5
Although monsoon season has begun but I was still waiting for that proper rain. Small rain showers were happening but the proper rain happened today. I just love rains, it's like they are singing some song. The fragrance after rain of mud is mesmerizing. Nature is so beautiful and full of secrets for a beautiful life. Do you enjoy rains or not?

Mornings are getting used to green tea on bed. Mom is definitely making me use to it.
11:30 A.M.
Again the same trouble to decide, what to have?
I went again for the paneer sandwiches that I had in dinner last night. Some paneer bhurji was left and it's easy to make too. Just had one and a half of bread paneer sandwich. These together came around 423 calories. That is too much for only this much. How even these small and less quantity has so much calories. This all what goes on my mind these days. I can't even think of checking how much calories I use to have earlier.
One of my weaknesses are onion pakoras during monsoons. I just love having it with tea during rains. Also the view from my balcony makes it even more perfect. A good view and some good food is all what you need. I can sit for hours there reading books or can simply adore the view for hours.
2:20 P.M.
Had chapatti after almost five days today. Dal makhni and chapatti is my favourite combination. Whenever I am at a wedding or something, then I always go for dal makhni and naan. Restricted myself on just two chapattis. Although I am not suppose to eat mangoes because of pimples. But I just can't control myself and ended up having one again. It wasn't a heavy lunch but was filling. Dal makhni has 170 calories in a cup. Each Chapatti has 75 calories. And my mango is at 60. This was all about lunch.
As we talked so much about tea time, then let's have some tea.
So as you have read the title of this blog, which is "I EXCEEDED THE LIMIT".
So the blunder began from here. Due to rain, one of my class got cancelled and thus I had some time. I don't know what happened to me at that time and I decided to cook something. I was feeling a bit hungry too and I couldn't control it. So I entered the kitchen and decided to make some paneer chilla.

For ones who don't understand hinglish,
Here I am trying to say that gram flour chilla was already enough and on top of that I added paneer too. This is called double blunder. I really think that it's to be busy for me. Otherwise I go back to my food cravings and go over board. Tea time was quite costly today.

Well these look like small idli's. These are super yummy and oil free. To make these you have a different utensil. Just make a batter of suji with vegetables and some curd and ready. Super easy to prepare. Each of it contain 50 calories. How can these small idli's have this much calories. Whatever it is, had to control myself. And stopped myself at six only. Well this is how they look.

Definitely exceeded the limit and had more than 1500 calories. But I guess it was suppose to happen. I knew that there would be days when I would make mistakes. But that's how it is, you have to learn from your mistakes and move on.
So moving on I would just say that may be more such days are ahead. But giving up is definitely not an option. With that I will see you tomorrow. Do not forget to drink enough water and exercise. And most importantly........STAY HAPPY!
