HOW TO CONTROL HUNGER PANGS | DAILY BLOGGING #DAY2

DAY 2

I so wish that it would have been as easy  to do as it is to say something. When I have started calculating my calorie consumption  and all. Then I am realizing that how irresponsibly I use to have meals. I did not pay any attention to what I was having and at what time. Well that is why my body looks like this now. Eating habits are not that easy to get rid off. From hogging on to everything to first check the calorie portion in every meal is quite a task. I am having hunger pangs!

Having a page on Instagram dedicated to food says it all. Seeing those calorie filled yummy food definitely  wakes all taste birds. It won't be easy, but that is what it is all about. Before winning over something first you have to win over yourself.

"If you change nothing,nothing will change" 

Toh isi gyaan ke saath doston, aaj ka karyakaram shuru karte hain (With that said, let's begin).

IT WAS SOUNDING BETTER IN HINGLISH.


So I have decided that I will set some goals every day. And in the end we will see that whether I could do it or not. Today we will make it a point that we do not consume more than 1500 calories. To make it a success; I will first check the calorie portion first and then only decide what to have and what not. Breakfast should be heaviest meal among the other two. Let's see what I am having today in breakfast.




10:10 A.M.
Today I am having potato poori. Earlier I used to eat poori's without any count. Now I am only having five poori's. With that, let's rate these on the calorie meter. So potato will give you 130 calories. The poori's will leave you speechless by giving you 535 calories for five poori's. Which comes down to a total of 665 calories. Now we are left with 835 calorie for the rest of the day.

12:00 P.M.
I don't know why but I having a minor headache. I guess tea would be a nice option to get riff off it. Let's make some tea. Tea also has some amount of calories in it. One cup of tea has 40 calories in it. Having just tea is not good so having it with a cheese balls packet. It is a small packet and has 115 calories. No we are left with 680 calories. Oh god! I guess till dinner I would have spend all my calories. And I may end up skipping my dinner. Let's see what happens later in the day. 


2:30 P.M.In lunch, I am having gram flour cheela. In this, I have added onions,tomatoes and capsicum. I just love it and cook it with less oil. Had two of them and here we got around 286 calories. So now 680-286= 394 calories. Boss dinner has to be something which has less calories.


Okay, so we have a lot of time till its dinner time. Let us discuss some real issues here. I do not know why but I really want to have a mango and some other food items are also disturbing me. I think mango would definitely happen tomorrow. But other than that, I am trying to not get in contact with junk food. I love junk food! It's a bit hard for me to not think about that. But I guess, I will get better at it. Also I guess we should also get some cheat days. What do you think?

8:00 P.M.
Had to settle down with a cup of soup tonight. Also, I don't know how but I feel like having it. Soup craving! Strange but is definitely amazing in this situation. A cup of tomato soup contains 72 calories in it. Bingo! I completed my goal of not taking calories more than 1500. In fact, I haven't even consumed 1500 calories to be precise. This feeling is so amazing. I am more charged up now. These small daily goals are really a hit. Let's continue this, Tomorrow also we will try to complete this same task. 



Let's see what challenges do we face tomorrow. Also, best way to get rid off hunger pangs is to just avoid them. And actually focus on what you are having and what would be the best for your body. With that day 2 of daily blogging ended. And some same stuff,


  • Had 3 liters of water
  • 40 Minutes cycling
  • Don't force it
