DAILY BLOGGING?

I have seen people doing daily video blogs (vlogs). But does something like daily blogging exists?
I have absolutely zero idea about that. Frankly, I wasn't even close to thinking of that but then this happened. So one of my friend asked me about my video blogs ( Which apparently are still in pipeline). And I was like no, that is not happening right now. But suddenly I don't know how daily blogging came into mind. I was actually thinking about new ideas for my blogs and bingo! This is it.
Okay, a small secret I got really excited because I don't think someone has done that. And I felt that some intelligence is still left in this engineer's mind.

Alright! So my over enthusiastic mind came up with an idea. Which is making me go crazy because that would really put me in a spot. So what I am going to blog daily is my journey from "FAT TO FIT". Lately, my body doesn't seem to be as fit as I supposed it is. I have always been a healthy one, but there is a difference between being healthy and fat. Now I think only the fatness is there and the health and stamina has gone way too far.
I have started exercising and all but I still feel that I am not into it.
Also, the fact that all those motivational stories and things just end in at most 10 minutes videos etc. But the fact is that we need a push every day to reach our goals. Days when we feel low, then we need something or someone to give us that belief back.
And this whole thing is not a day or a month long. To remain healthy, it is more important that you change your lifestyle. If you can do that then your body will never be on the unhealthy side.
I am going to actually put my everyday routine in here and capture my journey. I know that after doing this, I cannot afford to leave it. That is what I want!
Talking and giving those motivational stuff out is easy. But to be with someone every day and living that struggle is difficult. But that is what I have chosen for myself. We are going to do this together and will face the struggle or joy together every day. You can join me ifn and I would be more than happy if I am able to motivate even one of you.
So we will be having my pictures of working out;
The workout could be in any form, as I love doing something different every day. Then we will keep an eye on what to eat. And to have dinner before 8 p.m.
Shit! I am actually doing this. I am really scared!
But I really excited to do this and document each day of this journey. We are definitely going to have ups and downs.

The best thing about life in general is that nothing is constant. Change is the only constant thing in this world. Then why do we step back because of small road blocks. Instead, we should be standing in front of it like a ROCK. I am super excited for this. Are you?
Let us do it together. I am doing this for last 10-15 days because I really wanted to be sure about it. No looking back, just imagine the results you want to achieve and make it happen for real. Right now I am 87 Kg's, and now I would measure my weight after a month. We will see how much I could loose and by doing what all things.
On 9 August, we will see how far we came.
