10 SKINCARE HOME REMEDIES!

Glowing and healthy skin is what every woman wants. Nowadays, we all tend to use masks and packs available in the market. But we all know that they are not all natural in some way or the other. And why to depend upon those things you know are not natural, when you can yourself make one with just few ingredients from your kitchen. With just 14 ingredients, you can prepare some 10 face packs for a healthy and glowing skin. So let us just quickly dig in and find out those 10 face packs for a treat to your skin.







14 INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED :

  • GRAM FLOUR
  • TURMERIC
  • MULTANI SOIL 
  • ROSE WATER
  • RICE FLOUR
  • LEMON
  • HONEY
  • NEEM LEAVES
  • GLYCERIN
  • TOMATO PULP
  • YOGURT
  • EGG WHITE
  • CINNAMON
  • BAKING SODA
As we are through with our ingredients now, so let us now know how these will be helpful in creating those face packs. Let us begin, and all the names given to the packs is just my thinking , so if you don't like them simple ignore! 

1. TURGRAM :

  • 2 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TBSP TURMERIC
  • 1 TBSP ROSE WATER/ YOGURT

Turgram is the name given because the pack we are going to learn has turmeric and gram flour as its main ingredients with some rose water or yogurt in it. Firstly, add 2 TBSP of gram flour (besan) in a bowl or even more if you are preparing it for more people. Then add 1 TBSP of turmeric and 1 TBSP of yogurt/rose water in it. Then mix it well until the ingredients are mixed well and the pack has a thick concentration. Then you can apply it with your hands or can even use a brush for it. Let it dry and when you can see that it has all dried up, then start rubbing your hands on the applied area and then afterwards you can splash some cold water, and you are done! This can be applied on the legs or neck area as well.
This combination helps in achieving a clearer skin and makes your skin feel rejuvenated. I will recommend you to apply it for alternative days for one week. And you will start noticing the results soon and can continue using it further according to your need.

2. MULTANI SOIL:

  • 2 TBSP MULTANI SOIL
  • 1 TBSP ROSE WATER

This wouldn't take more than 2 minutes but will give you a effect which will last longer. Simply, take a bowl and add 1 TBSP of multani soil and rose water in it. Mix both of these well and simply apply it either with your hands or a brush. This will make your skin feel cool and a fairer look. Apply it every alternative day or you can even add this in your daily skincare routine and can experience amazing results of it.

3. RICE ROSE :

  • 2 TBSP RICE FLOUR
  • 1 TBSP YOGURT
If you are not having rice flour at home, then simply grind rice in a grinder and take 2 TBSP of rice flour in a bowl. Then add 1 TBSP of yogurt in the rice flour and mix it well. Your mixture is ready, simply apply it on your face and neck area. Let it dry for some good 15 minutes and then splash some cold water and simply dap with a towel on your face. It do wonders for oily skin, so oily skin holders make a note.
This easy to prepare pack draws out impurities and dead skin cells from the skin pores. Apply this pack once a week for a acne free and glowing skin.

4. HOLE :

  • 1 TBSP LEMON
  • 1 TBSP HONEY
Here you will require just 1 TBSP of honey and 1 TBSP of lemon and mix them thoroughly. Then simply apply the mixture on your face or even the neck area and then keep it on for around 10-15 minutes. Wash your face with cold water and you are done.
Remember not to add access of lemon and this pack can be putted on twice a week. 

5. NEEM :

  • NEEM LEAVES
  • 1 TBSP GLYCERIN
Do you have black spots on face? So you are at the right place!
This is especially for you darling, just take some neem leaves and grind them in a grinder. Your paste should have a bit thin consistency. Now add 1 TBSP of glycerin in the paste and mix it well. Just apply on the black spots area and let it try for 10-15 minutes. After drying splash some cold water.
This can be done thrice in a week and you will start noticing the change by yourself. So what are you waiting for, go and give it a shot girl!

6. PULP:
  • TOMATO PULP
This one is the easiest! You only need a tomato and nothing else. Cut it apart and simply rub one of the tomato on your skin and cover your whole face. Continue doing this for 10-15 minutes. After completing the whole rubbing thing, simply wash your face with cold water. This one is also effective in removing tan. Summers really makes our skin tanned, so this one is helpful. This could be done twice or thrice a week for great results.

7. BESGURT:
  • 2 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
  • 1/2 LEMON
  • 1 TBSP HONEY
  • 1 TBSP YOGURT

Gather all the ingredients and mix them well. Just take care of the concentration of lemon in your paste if you are making it for more than one. The concentration of pack shouldn't be too thin and too thick as well. It should be kept for some 15 minutes. This could be done once a week and should be cleaned with cold water. After that, you can dab your face with some oily oil. This helps in moisturizing your skin.

8. PIMPLES/ACNE?

  • 2 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 TBSP ROSE WATER 
This one is to deal with a problem all young girls out there face- pimples. So here is a way to get rid of those pimples. Simply mix the 2 ingredients mentioned above (take the ingredients depending upon the no. of pimples or area). Simply dab the mixture on the problem area and sleep overnight. Next day you can notice the change, it may not go all in one time. However, you can definitely try it for 2-3 days to get rid of those pimples.

9. EGG WHITE:
  • EGG WHITE
Just take the white part of the egg and apply it on your nose. This one is to remove the blackheads and is very effective. After applying one layer of egg white, cover it with a tissue. Then again, layer the tissue with egg white and keep it on for 10 minutes. After it's all dry, simply peel it all off and wash it properly and you are done. This can be done twice or thrice a week. 10. CINNAHON:

  • 2 TBSP CINNAMON POWDER
  • 1 TBSP HONEY
Take both the ingredients and mix them well into each other. Likewise, you can either apply it either with a brush or simply with your hands. This needs to be kept on for 15-20 minutes and after it is dried up, wash your face with cold water. This can be applied twice a week.
